Building the Foundation for Success With the Right Marketing Partner
The Success Series continues with “Why Dr. Stacy Chose Foundation Over Gimmicks & How It Changed Her Marketing,” featuring Dr. Stacy Reece of Advanced Dentistry of Kearney in Kearney, Nebraska. In this installment, our Relationship Development Manager, Nicole Trailer, interviewed Dr. Reece to find out more about her experience as a My Dental Agency client.
Making the Right Choice
In the year and a half that Dr. Reece has been an MDA client, she’s come to appreciate the benefits of working with a boutique marketing agency. Understanding the importance of finding the right marketing partner, Dr. Reece put a lot of thought into the decision before choosing MDA. She felt that MDA would be a good fit for her practice, first and foremost, because of the thoughtfulness with which cofounders Jackie Cullen and Shawn Berg showed in the initial meeting, but also for their authenticity. She was impressed by how much time they took to learn about her practice and her vision for it.
A Thoughtful Approach
Dr. Stacy is deliberate in her approach to running her practice and caring for her patients. She wanted a marketing partner with a similar philosophy, and she found that in MDA. She understands that building a strong foundation is the key to sustainable success, which is how MDA operates as well. She wants her marketing to reflect who she is as a dentist and feels confident that MDA is delivering that.
Collaboration
For Dr. Stacy, working with MDA is a true partnership. She enjoys collaborating with the team and feels that the relationship has been a great fit from the beginning. Dr. Stacy appreciates the open communication and receptiveness. She knows that when she contributes ideas, the MDA team will take them and run with them. She enjoys the challenge of doing things that take her out of her comfort zone because that’s how we learn and grow.
A Virtual Employee
The PatientCaptureNow system has helped Dr. Stacy’s team focus more of their energy on the patients and avoid having to sacrifice the quality of their experience. She says it’s like having another employee on the team. PCN has been vital in communication with the type of patient she wants to see by identifying the ones who are genuinely interested in the practice.
The Verdict Is In
In Dr. Stacy’s opinion, working with MDA is even better than having another team member in the office because MDA will challenge her to grow in ways an employee may not. She knows that the MDA team is working in her best interests, and she feels completely comfortable with the direction they have taken her marketing. Dr. Stacy took her time choosing a marketing partner for her practice, and she believes MDA is worth the wait.
