What You’ll Do:

Client Communication: You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, making sure their needs are understood and addressed by our team.
Task & Project Delegation: You’ll assign tasks to the right team members and make sure everyone knows what’s expected of them.
Project Management: You’ll keep projects on schedule, follow up with team members, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Problem Solving: When things get off track (it happens), you’ll step in, find solutions, and get things moving in the right direction again.
Team Coordination: You’ll ensure the team is working efficiently and that everyone is aligned with client or internal goals and timelines.

Organizational Skills: You’re a master at managing multiple moving parts and keeping everything running smoothly.
Communication: You’re clear, concise, and comfortable communicating with clients and team members alike.
Customer Service: You know how to keep clients happy and handle any issues with a professional and positive attitude.
Experience: You’ve got a background in project management, and if you’ve worked in an agency before, that’s a big plus and even better if you have a dental background.
