We have big news to share: My Dental Agency has again been recognized as one of Tampa Bay’s Best Places to Work! The Tampa Bay Business Journal released its 2025 list, and MDA came in at #9 in the “Small Company” category—two spots higher than last year.
This recognition means a lot to us because it reflects something we care deeply about: creating a workplace where people feel supported, appreciated, and proud of the work they do.

How the Annual List Works
The Tampa Bay Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace each year to highlight companies that go above and beyond for their teams. To be considered, companies must be nominated by their employees and then complete a survey that measures everything from compensation and benefits to leadership, culture, and overall engagement.
Our team’s feedback put us on the list last year, and they did it again this year. Moving up in the rankings is a proud moment, but the real win is knowing that our people feel good about where they work and who they work with.
A Moment of Celebration and Reflection
The awards event took place at Raymond James Stadium, where this year’s honorees gathered to connect and celebrate. A few of our team members attended in person and had the chance to represent MDA among a group of standout local businesses.
It was a great reminder of how far we’ve come—and how much our team continues to shape what this agency is all about. We’ve always believed that a strong culture isn’t something you declare; it’s something you build, day by day, through the way people treat each other and the work they choose to do together.
This recognition is one more reason to keep doing what’s already working: supporting each other, staying flexible, creating room for creativity, and making sure every person here feels like they belong.
