I’m beyond thrilled to be collaborating with three of the most trusted dental professionals in the country on an initiative that will help private dental practices everywhere not only grow but thrive. With the expertise of these seasoned practitioners, we’ve created a master class video and workbook for dentists who want to transition their practice from volume-based to value-based. It’s not a gimmick or a teaser. We’re offering real insights and tools that any dentist can implement today and transform their business.
As a marketing professional who has been working exclusively with private dental practices for the last ten years, I’ve seen hundreds of dentists achieve remarkable growth and just as many continue to struggle year after year. Dentistry’s Next Evolution would not have been possible without Dr. Jason Auerbach (a.k.a. The Bloody Tooth Guy), board-certified oral surgeon and founder of a multi-state surgical network; Scott J. Manning, MBA, founder of Dental Success Today; and Dr. Doug Thompson, founder of the Wellness Dentistry Network. Each brings a unique perspective and valuable insights to the project.
The Challenge
With this initiative, we’re asking dentists to challenge the beliefs they built their practices around to assess whether those beliefs are serving them or holding them back. In most cases, the beliefs that served them as a young practitioner are no longer helping them achieve their goals now that their practices are established. For instance, many dentists mistakenly believe that having a full schedule every day means the practice is growing or that seeing more leads means seeing more patients. The truth is that volume alone rarely translates to sustained growth. In fact, pushing for higher volume normally costs practices opportunity.
The Solution
With this collaboration, we’re giving dentists a roadmap to boosting value by attracting higher-quality patients and increasing treatment acceptance. It starts with letting go of limiting beliefs, finding clarity, building patient trust from the first impression, practicing wellness dentistry, and empowering patients to invest in themselves and their health.
