What Happens After You Become a My Dental Agency Client?
Choosing a marketing partner is a big decision for any dental practice. During the discovery and sales process, you get to meet agency representatives, ask questions, and decide whether the relationship feels like the right fit. However, in most cases, once you’re officially a client, your “account” is handed off to someone you’ve never met before. That can be frustrating and discouraging, especially if you weren’t prepared for the change.
While it’s common practice to begin working with a different person after you become a marketing agency client, it should never feel like a bait-and-switch situation. There should be no difference in the level of service, communication, and attention you receive as a prospect and as a client.
At My Dental Agency, we strive to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible so our clients always feel supported. That’s why we’re fully transparent about our process.
The Introduction
Nicole Traylor is our Relationship Development Manager and one of the first people you will meet from My Dental Agency. Nicole’s job is to welcome new practices into the conversation, listen to their marketing concerns, and explain how MDA can help them accomplish their goals.
Because the initial stages involve conversations that are often quite personal, prospective clients are naturally concerned about what happens once onboarding begins. Our clients can rest assured that while Nicole will not actively manage their relationship, she remains involved in our daily operations and conversations, providing insight into their goals and expectations and ensuring the relationship flourishes.
Enter the Account Manager & Project Manager
After onboarding, every client works closely with an account manager and a project manager. The account manager keeps the client’s goals at the center of the conversation. The project manager organizes and executes the client’s personalized marketing strategy. Together, they provide the guidance and support the client needs to feel confident their needs are being met.
The Boutique Marketing Agency Experience
My Dental Agency is a small boutique agency. Communication and customer service are part of our culture. Our entire team is committed to maintaining the same high standard of care, communication, and attention whether a client is brand new or has been with us for ten years. We want our practices to feel confident that their marketing partner is engaged, available, and invested in their success.
We’re a Team!
When you become a My Dental Agency client, your “account” isn’t simply handed off from one person to another. Your relationship is entrusted to people who understand your practice, your goals, and the importance of clear communication. You gain an entire team committed to helping your practice thrive.
