10 Content Creators Shaking Up the Dental Industry in 2026
By: Jackie Ulasewich Cullen
We all know there’s more to running a dental practice than seeing patients and documenting cases. Dentistry is a business, and success comes to those who work hard and market their practices effectively. Traditionally, that has meant pouring your heart and soul into the practice, and, for most dentists, spending nearly every waking moment there. But that’s not the case in 2026!
As a marketing professional, I spend a fair amount of time consuming dental marketing content, and I’ve found some pretty amazing creators who are reimagining success in dentistry. They’ve recorded hundreds of podcast episodes, built enormous online communities and created incredibly unique social media content. They are using their experience, knowledge, and expertise to educate and inspire dentists around the world, teaching them how to grow their practices on their terms.
Here are 10 of those content creators (in no particular order) who are shaking things up and making dentistry a whole lot more interesting in the meantime:
- Dr. ArNelle Wright: A staunch advocate for building community, Dr. Wright uses her platform to help “multi-pasisonate women in dentistry” learn together and from each other. Dr. Wright promotes ownership — literally and figuratively. Her philosophy centers around intentionality, leadership, and culture, and she strives to build a practice that’s not only profitable but also patient centered and sustainable. Her podcast, Dental Femme, highlights successful women in dentistry and covers topics like marketing, media, pitching, business, online and in-practice presence, and mindset.
- Scott J. Manning, MBA: The creator of Practice Profit Blueprints — a suite of integrated business systems that help dentists optimize their time in the office — Scott wants dentists to be profitable without having to sacrifice their happiness or compromise their values. He has blended his business expertise and experience with the discipline he gained from years of martial arts training to create custom systems for dentists to achieve all their goals. He believes that, by building what he calls a “lifestyle practice,” any dentist can earn the income they desire and create wealth outside of their practice while maintaining a lifestyle they love.
- Dr. Len Tau: Known as “The Reviews Doctor,” Dr. Tau is a digital marketing guru and uses his expertise to show other dentists how to build their practices through reputation marketing. He hosts the Raving Patients podcast, which dives into today’s hottest topics, including AI, data, SEO, branding, and social media. Dr. Tau shows dentists how to fully embrace technology to accelerate growth and maintain momentum year after year.
- Dr. Jason M. Auerbach: Better known as The Bloody Tooth Guy, Dr. Auerbach is a dentist’s dentist. He’s a renowned oral surgeon who puts it all out there. Dr. Auerback is not afraid to talk shop to his more than 175k followers on social media. Be warned: his content isn’t for the faint of heart. He posts videos of surgeries, blood and all, for anyone to view. What started out 10 years ago as a curiosity quickly turned into an avenue for educating dentists and oral surgeons around the world.
- Dr. Anne Duffy: Supporting women in dentistry is Anne’s calling in life. That’s why she created Dental Entrepreneur Women, of DeW, a community of women in dentistry, whether they own their own practice, work for someone else, or dream of making their mark on the industry. Dr. Duffy wants women to be represented, respected, supported, and celebrated for their contributions to the dental profession. DeW provides a place for all women in dentistry to learn, grow, collaborate, and bond.
- Jackie Cullen: I couldn’t write this article without including myself! As the co-founder of My Dental Agency, a marketing company that works exclusively with independent dental practices, I partner with dentists across North America to create highly customized digital marketing strategies that focus not just on attracting new, high-quality patients but also on getting those same patients to come back again and again. My motto is, “Quality beats quantity every time.” My main goal is to help dentists achieve sustainable and substantial growth through digital marketing strategies. I’ve published several books on dental marketing, and my insights are regularly featured in major industry publications, including Dentistry Today, Entrepreneur.com, and AGD Impact.
- Dr. Howard Farran: His podcast, Dentistry Uncensored with Howard Farran, has nearly 1,700 episodes, and he has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. He must be doing something pretty revolutionary! In fact, he created Dentaltown, the largest online dental community. Dentists sign up for free to access continuing education, podcasts, blog posts, news articles, ebooks, and, most importantly, other dental professionals. Dr. Farran’s goal is to help dentists provide faster, easier, higher-quality, lower-cost care, and he believes the best way to do that is through sharing information freely through online communities, social media, and publications. In Dr. Farran’s view, there’s no such thing as a truly solo practitioner when you have a global community at your fingertips.
- Dr. Peter Boulden and Dr. Craig Spodak: This duo literally wrote the book on futureproofing your dental practice. They created The Bulletproof Pathway, a clear roadmap to success that any dentist or practice owner can follow. Dr. Craig and Dr. Peter believe that building a successful dental practice shouldn’t be difficult, so they devised a step-by-step process that makes it easy. In fact, they’re living proof. Both are highly successful practice owners with years of experience. Their podcast — with more than 400 episodes — dives into specific business strategies that support each step in the Bulletproof Pathway.
- Rachel Wall, RDH, BS: As a dental hygienist and practice administrator for more than 20 years, Rachel sees dentistry from a slightly different perspective. Her company, Inspired Hygiene, focuses on empowering dental hygienists, an overwhelmingly female-dominated profession and the backbone of any dental practice. She and her team conduct personalized coaching and education sessions to strengthen the doctor-hygienist relationship and give dental teams the tools to have a major impact on patient health through hygiene.
- Dr. Maggie Augustyn: Most dentists are reluctant to talk about the psychological and physical toll of practicing dentistry, but not Dr. Augustyn. Her struggles inspired her to reach out and let other dentists know that they’re not alone, nor do they have to suffer in silence. Dr. Augustyn aims to promote a “paradigm shift in dentistry,” emphasizing the need to create balance between career and personal life. She strives to motivate her peers by speaking about her early struggles and how she overcame them. Dr. Augustyn is an accomplished dentist, author, speaker, and podcaster whose goal is to create a more compassionate and holistic approach to dentistry.
These content creators are proof that there’s always something new to learn about the business and practice of dentistry. Whether you’re focused on practice ownership, marketing, achieving financial freedom, becoming a more effective leader, or simply building a practice you love, these people have something valuable to teach you. If you’re looking for inspiration in 2026, following any of these trailblazers just might ignite your ambition and give you the spark you need to reach your goals.
