We couldn’t agree more. The “patient experience” should start from the moment of first contact and continue with every interaction, not just while they’re in the chair receiving treatment. When the experience is positive and memorable, the patient is more likely to follow your practice on social media and share their favorable opinion with friends and family online as well as face to face.

No matter what you’ve read or heard, Facebook is here to stay. Even though the parent company changed its name to Meta, there are still 2.8 billion active Facebook users out there. It is very likely that many of your patients are among them. Marketing opportunities at every level are available for dental practices, regardless of how social-media-savvy you are. Quick videos that are fun and interesting capture and hold a patient’s attention and are more likely to get shared on social media.
